Family Tradition

Ron was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville and law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Over the years he has successfully litigated numerous complex product liability cases, tractor-trailer accidents, and medical malpractice cases on behalf of injured persons which have resulted in million dollar verdicts and/or settlements. His past experience as a trial lawyer has allowed him access to nationally recognized experts in various fields of litigation. He is recognized annually by Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers. Ron is recognized as a Charter Life Fellow of the Kentucky Bar Foundation. Outside of the practice of law, he devotes his time to his wife and two children, enjoys fishing and boating, and is also actively engaged as an owner and breeder of Kentucky Thoroughbred horses. Wyatt was also born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and decided to remain in his hometown for his college education where he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville in 2020. Following his motto, “home is where the heart is”, he successfully graduated from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2023 with distinguished honors as a Magna Cum Laude graduate. Since then, he has been admitted to practice before all courts of Kentucky and is also admitted to practice in the State of Indiana as well. He has been blessed with the opportunity to learn from his father, Ron Hillerich, his entire life and has already made a big splash in the legal community. Outside of the practice of law, he has a deep passion for thoroughbred horses and helps manage the family stable by contributing to all breeding and racing decisions.
